We’ve been keeping it somewhat quiet about this… but we’re telling everyone now.
We’ll be at the Vancouver Motorcycle Show on Thursday January 24th to Sunday January 27th. Selling Tirebiterz clothing and promoting the show.
We’ll also be there with alot of pretty ladies.
We’ll be at booth 301/302.
You can also pick up Tire Biterz shirts and hoodies at the Carter Honda booth and the 5th Gear booth.

Friend of the show, Crass Tengu, has a new Internet domain for his site… tengu49.com
His original domain — tengu.ca — still works of course. But for people who don’t know there’s anything other than .COM domains… he now has tengu49.com.

We have a new alternate Tire Biterz design. (Also designed by Crass Tengu.)

We were at Mission Raceway today and yesterday, at the Import Invasion.
There was all sort of import car drag racing going on there. We even got the chance to see some motorcycle drag racing action. There was even some motorcross and ATV racing on the side. (Obviously not part of the Import Invasion event. But fun to watch.)
Someone even got out on the track and drag raced a moped

We had a bit of downtime in the Winter. (There’s not much happening in terms of motorcycles and cars when there’s snow on the ground.)
So just a quick update. We have Crass Tengu designing a logo for us. His preliminary sketches look really good thus far.
(In case you don’t remember, Crass did some cover art for us before.)

We just got back from Seattle where we were at the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show. This was a 3 day event. (Spanning Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.) We were there only Saturday though.
There were some really nice bikes there. But, to be honest, the show seemed really “corporate”. I suppose I prefer the events that are more made by people — made by motorcycle enthusiasts.
As usual, Adam Bergunder took plenty of photographs which we’ll put online as soon as we can. And wil put up the video once it’s cut, edited, and gone through post-production.

The first episode is starting to really come together. I’ve been going over all the raw footage and picking out all the shots that will make it. Chet Woodside will be doing the video editing.
We are also getting Crass Tengu to design the “cover” for it. (If you don’t know what I mean by “cover”… think comic book “cover” or… DVD case “cover”.) I actually just got back from a meeting with him. He’s a talented artist.

We just got back from the WMRRA’s last racing event of 2006 at Pacific Raceways.
We spent the day filming and photographing some extremely fast motorcycle racing. As well as talking to and hanging out with the racers and corner workers.
These bikes were really moving. There were some shots we were doing right on the side of the of he track; and you could feel a wall of air slamming into you as the bikes flew by.
There were both 4-stroke and 2-stroke motorcycles at this race. As well as sidecar racing.
While I was there, I was told to check out Brandon Bones’s Studio819 for some great photos of WMRRA races.
Tirebiterz’s own Adam Bergunder also took some really good photos too. We’ll put those up as soon as we can.

We just got back from filming speed bike stunt racing over in North Vancouver. (No “formal” location. Just a parking lot in North Vancouver where the cops won’t bother them.)
These guys are pretty talented.
We even got some shots on how to modify a motorcycle’s tank for doing various tricks.
Next Saturday the Tirebiterz team will be celebrating Adam Bergunder’s son’s 1 year old birthday. So we won’t be filming on that day. (Friday and Sunday are fair game though.)

We just got back from CMDRA’s motorcycle drag race over at the Mission Raceway. (There was car drag racing at this event too.)
That was one event which I wish we I would have had more people there filming. (There was just 2 off us there. And not enough cameras.) We filmed until the batteries ran out on the camera.
